Website requests
The Verbantics website does not use analytics, advertising, cookies, newsletter forms, accounts, remote fonts, or third-party embeds. A once-per-tab session flag prevents the opening animation from replaying; it remains in that browser tab and is not transmitted. Google Cloud may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, user agent, requested path, timestamp, and security or diagnostic data to deliver and protect the service. The project's default Cloud Logging bucket currently retains these records for 30 days. The website does not copy them into a separate Verbantics database.
Information stored on your device
The mobile app stores local profiles, player names, appearance choices, settings, progression, custom episodes, Prompt Studio material, and related game history on the device. Verbantics does not require a developer-operated account.
Nearby multiplayer Shows
Players exchange the information needed for a Show directly over their shared local network. Other participants may receive player names, answers, drawings, votes, Show actions, and selected custom content. A Show runs temporarily on the Producer’s device rather than a developer-operated gameplay server.
Camera, local network, and files
Camera access is used to scan a Show QR code. Verbantics does not intentionally record or retain camera photos or video. Local Network access creates, discovers, and joins nearby Shows. File import and export occur only when a player uses the system file picker.
Mobile advertising
The planned free release may include third-party mobile advertising. The provider, identifiers, purposes, consent behavior, retention, and privacy controls must be disclosed here before advertising is enabled. The website itself does not display advertising.
Purchases
An optional one-time purchase may remove mobile ads. Apple or Google processes the transaction and provides the app with the information needed to recognize or restore that entitlement. Verbantics does not receive complete payment-card information.
Retention and deletion
Local app information remains until it is changed through the app, the app’s storage is cleared, or the app is uninstalled. Exported files must be deleted from the chosen destination separately. Advertising-provider controls will be documented before release.
Regional privacy rights
Depending on where a player lives, applicable law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive information about certain processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Most Verbantics game information remains on the player’s device and can be managed there. Questions or requests can be sent to the contact below; third-party advertising controls and request channels will also be identified before mobile advertising is enabled.
Children and content
Verbantics is not directed to children and is not designated as Made for Kids. The app can include optional After Dark material and player-authored names, answers, prompts, and drawings. Final regional age ratings will be based on the distributed build.
Changes
This policy will be updated when the website, app, advertising provider, purchase behavior, or legal obligations change. The updated date will appear at the top.
