Using Verbantics
Verbantics provides a local multiplayer party-game experience for supported devices. Players are responsible for compatible devices, the same current app build, and a trusted local network.
Show behavior
The Producer’s device temporarily runs the Show. Shows are not persistent, and intentional backgrounding, locking, closing, or leaving the Producer app can end the session. Verbantics does not promise continuous availability or recovery of an ended Show.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with Shows or networks, impersonate others, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious files, or use Verbantics to violate another person’s rights or applicable law.
Player-authored content
Players control the names, answers, drawings, prompts, and custom episodes they choose to share with a nearby Show. Do not submit sensitive personal information or content you do not have the right to use. Nearby participants may see that material during play.
Advertising and purchases
The free mobile app may contain advertising. A one-time non-consumable purchase may remove ads. Purchases, restoration, billing, and refunds are also governed by the applicable Apple or Google store terms. No subscription is currently planned.
Intellectual property
The Verbantics name, logo, interface, original Show designs, written materials, sounds, and bundled content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant permission to copy, resell, or create confusingly similar products from those materials.
Third-party services
App stores, operating systems, hosting, and any disclosed advertising provider operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Verbantics is not responsible for services outside its control.
Disclaimers and liability
Verbantics is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Local networks, devices, permissions, interruptions, player-authored content, and third-party services can affect operation. Final warranty, liability, and governing-law language must be reviewed for the publisher’s jurisdiction before release.
